Referring Doctors
Thank you for your interest in Dr. Douglas Benting as a prosthodontic referral for your patients. Our practice is a fee-for-service practice and payment is required the day of service. We are currently contracted with Employer’s Dental Services(EDS) and Unicare insurance plans, and we happily assist our other insurance carrying patients with their insurance claims in order to help them get the most insurance benefit. In addition, we offer our patients several different financial options including CareCredit financing to aid in the payment of their dental services.
